Visit the Profile pane and, under "Details," verify which email address is the existing one, and which is the pending one. They should both be listed.
Click "Change Email Address" from the "Actions" box.
Enter your existing email address in the "New Email Address" field. Click "Save Changes."
You should be taken to a page that says, "Your request to change email addresses has been cancelled." Click "Click here to continue." You should be returned to the Profile pane and see that your existing address is now the only one listed.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 above to change your address again to a new one, and check your email for a confirmation message. If you do not find it, please be sure to check any spam, junk or trash folders you might have on that account before contacting us for assistance.
