Yes, DS records can be loaded to or removed from the registry through our member interface on the Registration Details panel for the domain.
If the domain has no DS records, the option to add one will appear in the Actions box in the upper right corner. If there are existing DS records, a box showing the records and providing the add/remove interface will appear inline on the page.
